FDA QA VALIDATION FOR LAB MANAGEMENT
Validation experience for lab equipment necessary for FDA approval of manufactured product. Project included SOP development, protocol outline, management of subsequent data, and reported outcome on success.
WASTE WATER PIPING MODIFICATIONS
Project management for piping modifications and controls upgrade for a waste water discharge process. Project included P&ID markup, MOC approval, project cost and timeline management.
PHA LEADERSHIP
PHA Leadership for both batch and continuous processing. Scope includes P&ID markup of nodes, outline of nodes and process review, leadership of hazard reviews, verification of LOP adequacy, and subsequent final report of findings.
HEAT EXCHANGER SIZING & PROCESS DESIGN
Equipment sizing for several heat exchanger applications. Each project included process design and equipment sizing of heat exchangers, including P&ID markup, as well as project scope development with investment proposals.
BOILER CHEMISTRY PROCESS CONTROL RE-DESIGN
Scope included FEL3 feasibility study to determine payback period to re-design the water treatment ancillaries to support adequate management for automated boiler water chemistry.
MASS & ENERGY BALANCE DEVELOPMENT
Mass and energy balances development for new product and process development.
